I'm willing to pay exactly the same for digital as I am physical. Hell, half the time for PC physical purchases, you are required to activate the thing in Steam anyways. Dark Souls 2 didn't even have a game disc! Is my enjoyment of the game any less? Nope. My physical PC purchases are now limited to collector's editions only.
I'm more inclined to get physical on consoles just because of limited storage space compared to my PC. But that has little to nothing to do with price.
