India - PS4 expected to hit 50,000 units sold by fiscal years end, PS3 took three years to hit same figure

Well Globally no doubt 3:1 favoring on PS4 over Xbox One is achievable, but in US 2:1 is more realistic prediction, then it will enough for PS4 to get a support form third party developer. But if the total sales of games is better around the world, then world games sales will be considered by many game publisher then there will be exclusive games release only on PS4 alone.
