Fair enough, but being cheaper than the PS4 with two free games is very different from being sold at the exact same price. And as for the XB1 doing fine, and how well or not its beaten or not... I think you should calm down a bit. The XB1 is doing well this season (and for obviously good reason). But this is not a victory. What happpens if at the end of the year the XB1 has managed 10-11M in sales while the PS4 has done 20M to 21M? What happens when come january the PS4 goes right back to outselling the XB1 every month till november next year? What happens when this time next year the PS4 costs $300-$350 too? I am not knocking the XB1s accomplishments, I feel any sane sensible person would have known thatthe XB1 would most likely take november with allthey were doing. But I just feel that some are jumping to conclusions way too early. Especially when it means ignoring the obvious white elephant in the room. Which is; if the PS4 manages 20M sold at the end of 2014 and the XB1 manages 11M. It would mean that in 2014, both consoles sold 16M and 8M respectively. Anyways, lets forget about that. I am sure some will say this has nothing to do with how well the XB1 is selling right now. I just think if XB1 can win a few months during the slow period of the year... it would be overall better for them. |
Huh? What are you talking about? I am puzzled....
All we said was many claimed in the beginning that price was never a factor for people not buying an xbox one.
And yes, many also claimed that the x1 was dead.. all those doom threads about the x1 in the past year... I am not sure what is so wrong about what we said. Everything we said is the truth.. PS4 can do down to 299 tomorrow but it does not stop the fact that price is a factor to consumers. You going too deep on this.
Praise the One.
