Yeah, they release this data every quarter, there's a thread here somewhere with it in. Having said that, it's mainly unit data, so hopefully that link you posted has some value data we didn't have already.
It's new year today here, so forgive me for not thinking so straight, but are you converting the currency at Jan 01/08 rates or current rates?
xe.com has an historical rate table, which should be used for 2007 data.
http://www.siea.ch/ has PDFs with quarterly Swiss results in.
