I'm excited and all, but this seems like a really strange way to be describing the look of the game. They're trying to make it look like the real world so they gave it an anime art style? Huh? I'm not getting that at all. Why wouldn't they say they're going for a stylized visual? Anime+realistic don't mix at all.
