I believe the cop was in the right. Brown shouldn't of reached for the cop's gun.

That would be correct if the cop shot Brown when or if he went for the gun but that is not the case.  After Brown was said to go for the gun, and not succeed he ran away.  Cop followed in pursuit and continue to shoot at Brown.  So you telling me that with all of the 8 bullets out of 12 hitting Brown from the front not the back something isn't adding up.  The issue is when Brown was shot in the head, was he giving up or did he rush Wilson and Wilson shot him in the head.  Seems really dumb for someone who was running away and having a cop fire his gun at you to suddenly turn around and rush a cop with his gun out.  Witnesses state that Brown had his hands up and was shot down.  Wilson stated, brown turned around and rushed him or at least was going forward.  Either way, after getting shot a few times in the chest, just how much forward do you think Brown was going before getting the final shot in the head.

There's little reason to debate about it. The grand jury made it's decision and the people should respect that.  I'm tired of backyard courtrooms and lynch mobs that have no interest in actual justice.
