Selling in Europe is better than in US ?

That's why it is better, really. It's an indicator that the product is good. That higher price tag covers taxes (which are IN the price in Europe), import fees, European operating costs (more languages, more countries), etc. I doubt the games are much more profitable per sale, if at all.

To be fair, Pro Evo is worthless to a lot of people because it hasn't got the licenses which is a big pull of FIFA.

As for the price difference. As well as taxes etc. Distribution is much more complex in Europe. Then they also need to price in a buffer against currency fluctuations. Yes, $60 might be less then e60 today, but if the Euro went into meltdown, 60 euros could suddenly only become worth $30 (extreme example) but these are the kinds of things that are factored in when determing the retail of things.
