I always love it up when people list things that are wrong and follow it up with "Do your research" This comment and the video deserve each other.

N64 has more memory than PS1 and some PS1 games had voice acting. So....

It has more RAM... voice acting requires large sound files to be stored on the game medium, which for N64 were a maximum of 64MB, wheras PS1s CD-ROMs were more like 700MB.
