I wouldn't know about that. G&W was discontinued in 1991, I always figured it was just because Nintendo was shifting focus to the Game Boy.

nintendo was just running away. tiger electronics won the market and made LCD games till hasbro buyed em because of that little birdfreak all the kids liked at the end of the 90s
