I don't know if it's accurate or not but the PS4 GTAV+LOU is rank 6 on the electronics best seller for target.

That's just an advertisement list , not rank list. If you sort them by price neither console appears. 

Also things in the "bestsellers" include corded phones, turntables and cassette players....
