For me, it's just not funny. I've tried sitting through an episode or two and had to change the channel because of that damned laugh track coming in after something not funny happened.

Well pretty much every sitcom from the 80s and earlier had laugh tracks and CBS only had one sitcom that didn't use laugh tracks so far with The Crazy Ones and that one didn't do so well.
