Are you not listening to my wise words? They would gain more sales on the PS4 than they would lose from the X1. How hard is it to comprehend that's a net win. And PES is actually a better game than FIFA now it's just gone into relative obsecurity especially in the UK. A bundle would force it into a lot of new PS4 owners hands and they will discover that's actually a great game. (again). Please tell me you get this at last... |
I understand what you're saying, but I disagree. Sony would rather make a bundle with FIFA, because it's a more recognised name. Yes, the majority of PES players are PS owners, but PES isn't just as big as FIFA (i don't know the initial sales of FIFA, but I think they sold at least a million first week). Sony wouldn't want EA to get closer to the XBone as punishement for trying to make another football game more relevant on PS4. Also, FIFA has sold around 6 million units between FIFA 14-15. Those are some serious numbers.
In conclusion. FIFA would move more PS4s than PES, so they won't deal with Konami for exclusivity, because EA is controlling the sports games as a monopoly.
