that's good for you! it's actually my TV too but unlike you other people have a choice in my house. Either way I'd still keep it that way because I play PS4 for games not my PC. 

Didn't say people don't have a choice, but when it's my gaming time, it's my gaming time.  We watch TV also, and play on console, but I also read when other people are using the TV for things I'm not interested in, or go outside, or do any number of other activities that I enjoy.  If they've got a problem with my PC gaming...well, as I said, they have options.

and that's great! but the vast majority of households have a console hooked up to their TV and not a PC. And I think all those people have a choice too!
