Ubi probably just took the X360 code base, pulled it through some Wii U compiler, activated VSYNC, spend the rest of 6 months "polishing" 3 effects and textures by one guy and and called it a day. Absolutely 0 effort has been done to optimize for Wii U. Can't blame them with the stance they took of bringing it late and such, but just have the decency to just kill it.

The Wii U playing almost any x360 game with the same code bases and minor tweaks was supposed to be a blessing but has reared it's ugly head with devs calling that "good enough" and putting no effort in the further optimizing of the games.
