Is Square-Enix due for a Nintendo franchise revival?

I highly doubt it'll be for Wii U, most probably PS4, PS4/XB1 or even 3DS if handhelds are on Square-Enix's definition of "consoles" and please don't be  Xbox one exclusive

I'd love a new Chrono game but keep Toriyama away from it
