That just makes more incentive for them not to go to Nintendo...if the development isn't gonna cost that much then they don't need Nintendo to cover the costs...they self publish it, make way more money from each game sold and end up making more money than if Nintendo published it.  You just proved my point.

You're assuming they want to self publish any game that won't sell over 2 mill. Nintendo covering the costs would make them want to do it, and take another shot at a franchise they otherwise wouldn't develop. They are getting paid up front for a game to develop it. They wouldn't want to take the risk of self publishing if they are worried about the profits. I'm not proving your point, I'm proving Platinum's with Bayo 2.
