You more or less just described Dragon's Dogma. Hopefully this is Dragon's Dogma 2.

but then it's not gonna be an exclusive game. If they make Dragon Dogma exclusive for PS4 it's fine for me,  but i prefer a new Ip that exclusive for ps4.
