Considering that since then the games division has announced both losses and small profits, the overall loss should be around $5bn.

Yeah that's true too. There's actually no actual numbers for the PS3's losses. PS3 losses from the earlier years of the games division would be much bigger than they actually were because losses from the PS3 were lowered by big profits from the PS2 (PS2 sold a lot after PS3 came out and PSP was doing very well at the time).
