Not it isn't. The game is 80k overtracked in US only here on VGC according to October NDP data. Install base is irrelevant, we all know that game sales don't scale linearly with the base (as an example, Resistance 1 outsells R2 and R3 combined). The game will barely reach 0.5M. It won't come close to outsell the 360 version of Bayo 1 (worse selling B1 version).

there is no concrete npd data saying it's overtracked. just a rumour.
