That was just one guy who said exclusives don't matter as much these days. Another person said you get it for Forza. Another for Halo MCC.
The video is in the same format as PS4, where it's just a quick opinion from each reviewer. The PS4 also had people who were like "I don't need a PS4 because I can play all day at the office". The article itself is better reasoned.
People are complaining about the fact that the article / video compared the XB1 too much to PS4 and should be more impartial, but the two are in competition. Seems legit to compare them. They gave the edge on exclusive games & media functions to XB1, but they gave the edge on performance, install times, UI and controller to PS4.
