Why are you talking about whether it is a first party or third party developer?  I responded with exclusive titles that Microsoft has invested money into...

 

Their IPs. They are sitting on several beloved franchises and they decide to buy Minecraft instead of reviving those...

And how exactly do you want them to revive those other beloved franchises?  Stop producing Forza all together so they can make those games?
