I consider TP the best in the 3D series. It has a long quest, tons of dungeons, a realistic visual style, and an overall dark atmosphere. It was an amazing game that I was sad to see end. For its time, it was the Zelda game I always wanted.
Skyward Sword is easily the worst. Constant hand-holding, a very linear quest, and an extremely limited world made it unbearable. I still haven't beaten it and I doubt I'll ever go back to it.
