I play games on normal most of the time, just because... i don't know...
When I play a game on normal then I can't just breeze past it all, but there's nothing that's so difficult it gets frustrating and ruins the experience. However, if it's a game I'm good at I settle for the hardest difficulty, because if not I'll just breeze through it.
I don't look down upon people that play games on easy though.
