There is a great possibility that nintendo left it for black Friday!
Nintendo usually when a game release is near black Friday,it bundles it for black Friday and not in its launch date!
However,nintendo bundled mario kart six months after in Japan!(it got a 300% boost with that bundle but it should have done it when the game would release,a 1320% or even more boost like with the wii party u would be given and probably it would ensure a better performance for the following months.
Nintendo has to do a bundle taking into account that the smash bundle(gc controller+game)which flies offf the shelves and the amazon great rankings...(amiibo,gc adapter,smash bundle,the game,gc controllers,fight pads),
