Wait, let's think about the positives here for a sec... Disney now owns the Star Wars franchise, so if Disney bought Nintendo, there could conceivably be a future Smash Bros game with Star Wars characters in it (awesome)... and we could FINALLY get an opportunity to beat the everloving shit out of Jar Jar Binks.
Do it Nintendo, merge with Disney!!!
