don't tell me you're basing it using metacritic as a measure. mario kart 8 is the better game and a better system seller as well.

I didn't even mention Metacritic. The feeling comes from the much better quality of 3D World. Gorgeous visuals, excellent platforming, wonderful level design, tremendous jazzy soundtrack and filled with much more content. And it doesn't have DLC, so it's a complete game.
Mario Kart 8 tracks on the other hand are bland and boring to watch and its techincal performance it's not as good as that one of Super Mario 3D World.

I know you didn't mentioned it but since you didn't give any reason either, I just guessed it was based on metascore. For me Mario kart 8 can provide you much more hours of fun than 3d world.

Mario Kart 8 has online and 3D World doesn't. Obviously Kart 8 it's going to offer much more replayability.
I bet however you can finish all the cups in Mario Kart 8 in less than 5 hours.
3D World on the other hand offers upt to 60 hours of content and different levels.
Not a fair comparison.

Ok but regardless of who is the better game, you can't deny mario kart 8 is a better system seller just by looking at the sales, that's why I said it should have been a better game to bundle with smash. The combination of both would have benefited Wii U more than the current bundle.
