I don't think anyone is expecting LBP3 to do the lifting here. It'll be all on thirdparties. GTAV, Far Cry 4, Dragon Age etc.
I'm doubting that it can do it in '14 as well, but the PS4 keeps on smashing expectations, and the gap of 650k is really small in the big picture, it's one week of holiday sales.
BF week will be very important if it is to do it in 2014.
