If Xbox One can pass 100 millions, then PS4 can pass 200 millions 
Seriously, everything is possible, and using the current data and we can interpolate prediction from the year to date to count how is the number will go up from now until the next couple years. If they keep the pace like now it's a big chance they both can achieve more the then the last generation.
for now, PS4 is more possible then Xbox One.
