Do you really think that there's any chance that both COMBINED don't pass 100M? It's like 65M PS4 and 35M X1? PS4 will probably end the year close to 19M. It will probably break its own sales marks in the next 2 or 3 years before starting to fall. And that's even without considering that this would result on it doing worse than the PS3.
PS4 going for 100M is a given, X1 it's a big maybe.
