If certain consoles can't acheive 1080p now, what happens in a couple years?

Yes consoles. Many games already do 1080P 30FPS, even a graphical beast like Infamous: Second Son. 

Do you not think when developers are making their 2nd or 3rd game on the PS4 they could hit that? Or do you think that is PS5 kinda stuff? 

I just think that most devs will always opt for 30fps with more detail over 60fps with less. (On consoles anyway)
