Though he says it's his best game this year, I'm surprised @ghettoglamour considers Bayonetta 2 niche. That's like calling DMC or God of War niche. Mediocre sales don't make a product niche. How different or similar it is to other products make it niche. Bayonetta plays very much like a typical third person beat em up.
I'd personally love to brag about SSBU being the game of the year, but I don't know enough about some of the competitors (like Dragon Age: Inquisition) to be able to say which game really deserves it.
