I don't really think so because they're such different games. Persona was still very much a dungeon crawler in the SMT mold, and 4 is so zany and has so many life sim elements that a moodier soundtrack would probably just sound out of place. Persona 3's tone and color palette places it somewhere in between those two, so it might work there.
