The 3DS and the PS3.
The 3DS had a terrible pricestart and lack of games, but Nintendo solved both problems quicky.
Same for the PS3, but its problems were way worse. If it wasn't for all of the support it got later, problems of their competition and playstation recognition, it would have flopped badly (also, that E3 2006. Riiiiiidge Raceeerrrrrr!!)
