Have you used it? I think I've read somewhere that it can be used wirelessly but the ps button doesn't work.

I have done this. I bought a DS4 to replace a DS3 about 2 months before I got a PS4.

The things I noticed mainly were that the PS button doesn't quite work and with no light indicator, you sometimes can't tell which controller it's set to. It was set to 3 for me once, didn't realise until I switch controllers a few times.

Oh cool! I missed that update. My PS3 is going to be dusted off soon for KH II.5 and I actually have another DS4 in the post for my PC mostly. But this should make things easier!
