In this situation it would be strange when 3DS games wouldn't dominate the top 10 and the top 100

With Digital Sales, Vita probably closes in on about 4.5mil, while 3ds jumps over 16mil alone with SSB 3DS. Then there's the fact 2 more major games are missing, both probably be over 2mil by years end each
