New 3DS and 3DS XL do not include AC adapter....

This is what I came into this thread to say. Nintendo should make all new iterations of it's devices that run on batteries to be whatever the most popular standard is at the time, which is mini/micro USB at the moment. I wish I could use the same adapter to charge my 3DS and Wii U, or even a generic USB cable to charge it from my laptop.

3rd parties have made those. I have USB cables for my wii u gamepad and GBASP/DSLite/3DS/XL when needed.

But I want them to come straight from Nintendo.

Nintendo never gonna do it.
