As for your #46... Age of Empires II?

Age of Empires 2 was great, no doubt, but it was hopeless in multiplayer when it launched in the IPX cable days and the term "syntax error" is forever etched on the minds of us old-timers...

There are quite a few older games on my list and it is rather PC-heavy.
