What, like the possibility that one would have to be a little short in the smarts department in order to imply that one could be banned for a reason that is completely subjective and almost impossible to accurately quantify?

No, I have no idea what you're talking about.

If I see a video of the pain olympics where it's Hammer VS Genitals then I can measure the stupidity of that person within the first few blows to their own balls with a hammer...

 

There are some posts/threads on here which are basically that... but with sales figures and bad logic being the balls and hammer.

I think that's a bit of a stretch. Being bad at drawing conclusions from sales figures and whatnot only really reflects one kind of intelligence, anyway (and honestly, just about everyone has their biases).
