While some may like their RPGS to have "serious" stories I appreciate that ToHR's story is more of a lighthearted adventure. I find Kor's silly nature a lot more appealing than say Luke's stand off-ish attitude or Jude's wimpy nature. The gameplay is also very solid. Besides ToHR I've only played Abyss and Xillia but so far the combat is much more enjoyable in Hearts. One thing I really like in Hearts is its level up system. Managing how distribute my characters SBPs is surprisingly fun and engaging. I'd give the game a solid 8.5/10 so far and encourage anyone who wants a fun, lighthearted JRPG to go out and buy the game immediately. We NEED to get Tales of Innocence R localized! |
