1080p 30 fps isn't entirely out of the question thanks to the art style allowing for simpler graphics that look great.
They could work some of that Nintendo magic with smart depth of field use.
Personally I'd prefer a rock solid frame rate (30 or 60), over anything, and decent AA instead of 1080p.
