Most likely theyre still working together yes.  They call them the Internal KI team which was confirmed to be working with Iron Galaxy.  I imagine it is a small group but theyre working on season 2 as well.

And surely you see ishmae and Kenn Lobb talk about it all the time which are two of the most vocal people with KI.  Theyre also a part of  KI.  Theyre working on such things as KI and Phantom Dust.

So basically you have Double Helix/Rare/Iron Galaxy and then Kenn Lobb, Ishmae, etc over-seeing it

Hmmm sure seems like the outside teams are doing all the work, but you probably know more about it from the interviews than I do. If you said Ken Lobb spoke about the game, then I am totally on board since he was there from the beginning.
