I'm not sure how MS can know for sure that it won 1 Nov week. If you look at Amazon's weekly sales top 100 chart there is no way Xb one won that week because the only sku's ahead of PS4 are sku's that did not actually ship to customers until 2 Nov. Of course if MS count the week as Monday to Sunday then all those AC and CoD pre-orders become countable and Xb one wins week ending 2 Nov. While VGC has the week ending 1 Nov. Personally I think Amazon has the better record this gen for which console sells the most in a week or month compared to VGC, so IMO week ending 1 Nov goes to PS4 (on the top 100 for the week PS4 is at 15 and 39, and Xb one is at 30 and that's it). VGC has the order wrong.

Availability of the SO bundle through other retailers in higher numbers than was available on Amazom may be a complicating factor making Amazon uniquely unreliable for that week.
