No, Ubi can't be bothered. But it might work, seeing as how most Ubi games run somewhat decent on PowerPC for some F*cked up reason ?!

I wouldn't buy it though. I have no time and money for mediocre games that run bad half the time.
I'll be enjoying my AC IV: Black Flag on the Wii U ^^.
