I really wouldn't advise making a thread to ask a question which could probably be asked in a Halo thread which was already around or just in the Xbox Empire Thread that is all talk about xbox all the time.
Also you can't make a thread until you have made 50 posts on the site, it's just set that way so that new members spend some time to see the normal style of threads that people make on here before having an attempt at one themselves :)
