Far Cry 4 on PS4 got a great framerate aka Ubisoft really did this ?

I played FC3 at 30fps on my PC without any concerns, ultra is more important!

But certainly in 3, the game never felt like you were actually meant to be in all out war. It felt like you were meant to take things slowly and methodically. Or maybe I just should have made it more sensitive?
