It could be true if CoD didn't sell most in US... like US 2:1 to Europe.
So it is more like 360 users in US are moving to next-gen faster than PS3... because the difference in user base is really close to 1.6-1.7:1 in US and even so the leaderboard is simular.
But that is based in this annedocatal evidence without know how many offline users really have the game... I'm supposing the % of offline users are the same and that can be false.
