Yeah well they can't really do that as you are giving the game and playing it too. :) They can if therei s "always on" DRM, but we all know how that turned out.
I was down with Xone DRM back in the day just for this purpose along. I knew that Id ge dozens of physical games which id never be able to associate with my digital library without DRM.
