I don't consider this holding the PS4 back more like upping the X1. They're going to go through the comfortable process of getting the PS4 version 1080p 30fps. And then spend lots of programming time into getting the X1 version to the same level. Don't expect PS4 games to blow the X1 games out of the water unless it's exclusive.
