Agreed. They should have just cancelled Watch_Dogs on Wii U even if there was some sort of agreement with Nintendo to finish it. They probably save more money paying Nintendo back (if the agreement requires it) then selling paper weight game boxes.

That point also makes me wonder what position SEGA will take once their exclusivity agreement ends with Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric this month. Sonic Lost World was an absolute disaster sales-wise, and I honestly think their Wii-U dev kits will be going in the bin unless Sonic Boom is a success.

Notable about Sonic Lost World: on release it also got a horrific amount of criticism from Nintendo fans (just like Watch Dogs is getting), as they claimed it was a ripoff of Super Mario Galaxy. In fact, it was based on the cancelled Saturn game Sonic X-Treme, and it wasn't the first time the gravity tube mechanic was featured in a released Sonic game (Sonic Adventure 2 (2001) had them in the stage "Final Chase").
