but what are the other 'annoying features' MK was known for that are removed?

AI catch-up is gone

The pre-programmed order in which the AI finishes is gone

Hitting objects like trees and blocks don't make you spin around anymore (this was VERY annoying in the N64 version, not sure if this was still there in the later versions)

You don't have to retry the race anymore when you finish last, you just get low points

Driving on grass etc. (offroad) is making you significantly slower, so you can't be a terrible driver and finish first anymore

...and probably some other things.

Are you serious no more computers catching up super quick every match ? damn can't wait to try it in 2 weeks then it can't come soon enough!
